Energy Recyclers Guarantees you will see a 5%- 25% reduction on your energy consumption,
After 90 days from the date of installation, if you do not achieve at least a five percent
reduction for the same period of the previous year. You may return your equipment for a full
refund of the product purchase price, less installation charges.

The following must be followed to receive your return. All returns take 6-8 weeks to process.

1. You must send a written request for a refund, along with the following information;
   a. Original Utility bills for three full billings cycles after the date of installation, Original
   Utility Bills showing the same periods for the previous year. Bills must reflect Kwh
   consumptions and days billed per period.
2. It will take approximately two weeks to review and verify the information submitted by the
   customer. Once the verification is complete we will schedule an appointment for removal
   of the product.
3. Energy Recyclers will remove your product only. There will be no patching of any area
   affected by the installation, ie. screw holes, stucco patch, painting touch up etc. It is the
   customers responsibility to repair any of these items.
4. The product must not have been tampered with or damaged in any way. Any damage or
   tampering with the product or original installation will void any warranties and refund policies.
5. Once the product is removed and verification of proper operation is completed (generally
   2-4 weeks), the full refund price of the product will be send to the original purchaser of the
   product in the form of a check.
6. Please allow 6-8 weeks for total procession of a return request.
7. Returns are allowed on Residential and non-commercial products only. Special ordered
   units or custom sized units are non-refundable and all sales are final.
