How Long are new windows WARRANTY?
Most windows come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY. IF you have any problems after the installation we will facilitate in providing and installing any warranty parts or issues.

We sell windows to meet every ones budgets and desires. From standard dual pane vinyl windows to colored fiberglass frames with stained glass.

Step 1 Step 2 Step 3 Step 4
1. Measure Opening

Before any window or door is removed, your dealer measures each opening to ensure every unit is built to your required size.

2. Remove Old Unit and Install New Unit

Your Milgard dealer is experienced in knowing which method of installation is best for each type of home siding.

3. Insulate and Trim Interior

Perimeter insulation is added to seal drafts. Interior trim, which varies by dealer, is hung to create a finished look.

4. Seal and Finish Exterior

Your dealer seals the exterior to make it watertight and does final touchup. That's it.

ENERGY SAVINGS Windows can account for up to 30% of the annual energy consumed in a home. In the summer, Milgard's SunCoat Low-E keeps your home cool and comfortable by rejecting the sun's heat and damaging rays. In the winter, SunCoat Low-E helps your home stay warm and cozy by blocking heat loss to the cold weather outside.
Heating and Cooling Energy Savings* (Percentage of dollars saved over ordinary glass. Savings by market.)

* Total energy costs (heating + cooling) comparing clear 2-pane glass to SunCoat Low-E, for a house with 15% window-to-wall ratio uniformly distributed on all four sides of the house. The actual savings can vary due to thermostat settings, use of drapes and blinds, and other lifestyle attributes.
